The Bills & Jets' 'Color Rush' Uniforms Were A Disaster For Pretty Much Everyone Thursday Night

BOSTON (CBS) -- The Buffalo Bills and New York Jets had a lot of problems on the during their game Thursday night at the Meadowlands, and it had little to do with the game itself. The biggest problem were the uniforms.

As part of the NFL's "Color Rush" campaign, which is a movement to raise awareness of...pretty colors? Crayons? I'm not sure. But it did inadvertently raise awareness of colorblindness, as many colorblind fans noted on Twitter during the game.

Red-green colorblindness is the most common form of the condition, as many viewers who couldn't tell the difference between the Bills' and Jets' uniforms had a really tough time following the game.

Former New York Giants kicker Lawrence Tynes also couldn't follow:

And as this guy pointed out, colorblind fans would have had an easier time watching the game if they went back in time 50 years.

The uniforms didn't go over any better with non-colorblind fans, who couldn't tell if they were watching football players or a bunch of candy canes.

And Power Rangers (of all brands) newsjacked the thing pretty perfectly:

The NFL also revealed the Color Rush uniforms for next Thursday night's game between the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Tennessee Titans.
