Boston Company Tops List Of Best Places To Work In America
BOSTON (CBS) – There's a new list of the best places to work in America, and two of the top five companies are located right in Boston.
Boston-based Bain & Company tops Glassdoor's ranking for the third time, the first company to do so. It's followed by Facebook and then Boston Consulting Group at No. 3.
"They hire super smart people to help other companies solve their hardest problems," Glassdoor CEO Robert Hohman said of Bain on CBS This Morning. "If you work hard, you are rewarded."
Glassdoor's annual list is based entirely on employee feedback.
Other Boston-area companies making the Top 50 Best Places To Work include software company MathWorks in Natick at No. 16, technology and research company Forrester in Cambridge at No. 18 and content delivery network company Akamai at No. 25.
