Bergeron Returns To Practice; Paille, Kelly Still Missing For Bruins

BOSTON (CBS) -- A few of the Boston Bruins who were home sick with the flu on Tuesday returned to the ice for Wednesday's practice, including one of Boston's top performers of the year.

Forwards Patrice Bergeron and Loui Eriksson and defenseman Andrej Meszaros were all back on Wednesday, while defensemen Matt Bartkowski and Kevan Miller took another day off.

Also missing on Tuesday were forwards Chris Kelly and Daniel Paille, who both missed time at the end of the regular season. Kelly sat out the final three games with back spasms while Paille suffered what looked like a head injury on Saturday.

The Bruins open their first round playoff series against the Detroit Red Wings at the TD Garden on Friday, and it's unclear if Kelly or Paille will be available when the fun gets underway.
