Driver Killed In Rollover Crash At Everett Turnpike Toll Booth In Bedford, NH

BEDFORD, N.H. (CBS) – New Hampshire State Police said speed appears to have been a factor in a crash that killed a driver at the Bedford toll plaza on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.

Richard Cote, 65, of Manchester was killed in the crash around 10:15 a.m. Monday.

A second vehicle was hit, but the driver was not hurt.

Cote was driving a 2006 Jeep Wrangler. Police said he lost control and rolled over in the left lane of the plaza.

Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call Trooper Eric Torrens at (603) 223-3622.

A driver was killed in 2018 following a fiery crash at the same toll booth on the northbound side.
