Baby Jesus Statue Stolen, Replaced With Pig's Head In Haverhill

HAVERHILL (CBS) – Police in Haverhill are investigating a bizarre crime.

UPDATE: Woman Replaces Stolen Baby Jesus Statue, Police Seek Public's Help

On Christmas morning, officers say someone stole a baby Jesus statue from the nativity scene in front of the Sacred Hearts Church and left a real pig's head in its place.

No other details have been released.

Police are looking for the public's help and plan to hold a news conference on the theft Friday morning.
