Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Malden Police Chief Kevin Molis says investigators have made progress in the 2010 killing of Cory Disciscio of Stoneham but no one has been charged.

Ryan said Saturday is the anniversary of Disciscio's death, and "one that no parent, no friend, and no family member should have to experience."

She said investigators know there were witnesses when he was shot at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Wyeth Street in Malden, and encourage them to tell investigators what they know.

People with information are asked to contact state police at 781-897-6600 or Malden police at 781-397-7171.
