Auburn Man Faces 10th OUI Charge

AUBURN (CBS) – An Auburn man is facing his 10th OUI charge after police pulled him over on Friday morning.

Auburn Police pulled over Edward Kisiel, 46, of Auburn around 5:30 a.m. after he allegedly ran a stop sign on Route 12.

He was arrested and charged with OUI. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license.

Of his 10 OUI charges, Kisiel has been convicted five times.
