Five people hurt in Athol haunted hayride accident

ATHOL - Five people were hurt in a haunted hayride accident in Athol on Friday night.

Police said the tractor lost control at Silver Lake Park.

The Athol Lions Club, which runs the haunted hayrides, said the issue was a mechanical failure.

Five people were taken to the hospital as a precaution, but their injuries were not serious.
