Arrest Made In NH Pizza Delivery Driver Attack; More Arrests Expected

SOMERSWORTH, N.H. (CBS) - Police on Thursday arrested a 21-year-old Somersworth, NH man in connection with a brutal attack on a pizza delivery driver.

Jonathan Wilson faces one charge of robbery from the July 2 incident, according to Somersworth Police. The victim, Brandon Patterson, suffered serious injuries but has since been discharged from the hospital.

Wilson was initially arrested on July 10 on unrelated credit card fraud charges. He allegedly used a stolen credit card to buy $1,200 in goods.

Police say he was also linked to a break-in at the Somersworth VFW on June 16, where a large amount of money was stolen.

In addition, officers say they learned that he was connected to the pizza delivery driver attack.

He was set to be arraigned Friday on all the charges.

Police expect to make more arrests in the case.
