Third Person Arrested In Murder Of Student Near Dorchester High School

BOSTON (CBS) – A third person has been arrested in the shooting death of a teen near Jeremiah Burke High School in Dorchester last month.

On Monday, police arrested 20-year-old Jaden Waiters of Boston and charged him with murder.

Raekwon Brown, a 17-year-old student at Burke, was shot and killed on June 8. Three other people - two teenagers and a 67-year-old woman - were wounded in the shooting.

Jonathan Aguasvivas, 23, of Roxbury and 24-year-old Benzy Bain of Mattapan were arrested two weeks after the shooting.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.

Waiters is expected to be arraigned on Tuesday.
