Andover Motorcyclist Killed After Crashing Into Utility Pole

ANDOVER (CBS) – A motorcyclist died early Monday morning after crashing into a utility pole in Andover.

The crash happened around 5:30 a.m. at the intersection of Whittier and Elm Streets.

A jogger called 911 to report the crash.

The motorcyclist, who police only identified as an adult man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Drivers were asked to avoid the area following the crash so police could investigate.
