Firefighters Free Man From Overturned Pickup Truck In Walmart Parking Lot

ABINGTON (CBS) – A pickup truck overturned in a Walmart parking lot in Abington Monday, trapping an elderly man inside.
SkyEye was over the scene on Brockton Ave, where firefighters pulled an 83-year-old out of the truck after several minutes of working to get inside the vehicle. The Brockton Fire Department tweeted it was assisting with the entrapment incident that happened just after noon.
It's not yet clear how the crash happened, but the Abington Fire Department said the truck was lying on top of a cement pillar with a handicap sign on it that had come through the cab of the truck.
The man had to be medflighted to a hospital with serious injuries.
