Aaron Hernandez's Fiancee Granted Immunity

FALL RIVER (CBS) -- A judge has granted Aaron Hernandez's fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins immunity in the murder trial of the ex-Patriots player.

The immunity ruling suggests that Jenkins will be called upon by the prosecution to testify against Hernandez.

Trial testimony so far suggests that Jenkins may know the answer to critical questions in the case, such as the location of the gun used to kill Odin Lloyd.

Jenkins had been charged with perjury in 2013 after allegedly lying before the grand jury that eventually indicted Hernandez on a charge of first-degree murder.
