Lavish Comm. Ave. Home Sells For $10.1 Million

BOSTON (CBS) – A luxurious Boston townhouse recently sold for more than $10 million.

The property located at 305 Commonwealth Ave. had been listed for $12.5 million, but was purchased for $10.1 million.

Sold by Campion and Company, the home includes 18 rooms, nine bedrooms and a library.

There is also a parking court that fits two vehicles.

The property was built in 1884.

Campion and Company executed the sale by a sealed bid process.
