28-Year-Old Driver Escapes Fiery Crash In Bourne

BOURNE (CBS) - A 28-year-old Bridgewater woman managed to escape a fiery crash overnight in Bourne.

Around 2:45 a.m., her Jeep Wrangler hit a guardrail on Roberta Ave. and burst into flames.

Police say no other cars were involved in the crash and there were no passengers in the Jeep.

The woman, who was not immediately identified, was taken to Falmouth Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The cause of the crash and the woman's condition was not immediately known.
