13 Puppies Found, Arrests Made After NH Pet Store Break-In

MANCHESTER, N.H. (CBS) — Thirteen puppies are safe and four people have been arrested after a pet store break-in, New Hampshire police say.

A person driving by Bill's Pet and Aquarium on Hanover Street in Manchester reported a broken window to police at 6:50 a.m. Tuesday morning. Police called the owner to let him know about the shattered window.

Owner Bill Sturgeon told officers that he was missing 13 puppies, which were soon located at a nearby address. Police said four people have been arrested and charged accordingly.
