Driver Hit 107 MPH With Infant In Car, Police Say

BOW, N.H. (CBS) – A driver has been arrested for speeding more than 100 miles an hour with an infant in his car.

New Hampshire State Police said one of their aircraft clocked Philip Shaw driving 107 miles per hour on I-93 in Bow Tuesday morning.

Another trooper stopped Shaw who was driving a 2000 Lexus ES300 with an 8-month-old child in the car.

Shaw, 29, of Concord, New Hampshire, is now charged with reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a child.

He is due in Concord District Court January 8.
