$100K Worth Of Merchandise Stolen In Mansfield Break-In

MANSFIELD (CBS) - Mansfield Police are investigating a break-in at the Simply Mac store. Police were called to the store at Mansfield Crossing early Monday morning.

Security tapes show two male suspects dressed in dark clothes complete with hoods, masks, and gloves. According to police, the suspects cut a hole in the wall of a common hallway to gain entry into the store.

While inside they immediately disabled the alarm system and made their way into a locked merchandise storing room.

The store claims several items were damaged and more than to $100,000 worth of Apple merchandise was stolen.

Mansfield Police are looking into a possible connection to a van stolen from a nearby cleaning supply company.
