Police: Woman Is Serial Thief of Wawa Coffee, Has Done It 40 to 50 Times

WEST CHESTER, Pa. (AP) -- Police in the Philadelphia suburbs are looking for a woman they believe has stolen $3,000 worth of coffee from Wawa convenience stores.

Police in West Goshen Township released store surveillance photos of the woman who, they say, steals bags of coffee from one store and then returns the same bags for cash refunds at other stores.

Police believe the woman has done this 40 or 50 times since early this year at Wawa stores near Philadelphia, as well as Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey.

In some of the incidents, the woman can be seen wearing what appears to be medical scrubs, and others show her driving a silver sedan and a maroon sport-utility vehicle.
