Woman Killed In Fells Point Identified; Police Examining Strong Leads
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- We now know the identity of a woman killed in Fells Point.
The woman killed has been identified as 40-year-old Claudia Parodi. She was a server at the upscale Pazo restaurant in Harbor East.
Late Monday night, officers were flagged down in the 700 block of South Bond Street. A woman was concerned because she hadn't seen Parodi in quite some time.
Officers responded and made entry to find Parodi dead inside her apartment. It is being investigated as a homicide because of trauma to her upper body.
Police say it doesn't appear to be random and they are examining some strong leads in the case.
Investigators are asking anyone who may have seen anything and have information on this crime to call police.
