Woman Found Stabbed, Dies In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore police are investigating a stabbing that left a woman dead, as well as two shootings from the weekend.

Officers were called to the 6500 block of Cross Country Boulevard early Sunday morning for the report of a family disturbance. Police say they found a woman with multiple stab wounds. The victim died at the scene.

Investigators say they found a person of interest in the case and took that person into custody. Anyone with information on the stabbing is asked to call police.

Police are also investigating two shootings from earlier in the weekend that led victims to walk into hospitals with gunshot wounds.
