Woman Found Dead With Child Next To Her

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- Police in Anne Arundel County are investigating after a woman is found dead with a child still alive next to her.

Police were called to the scene on Millstone Court just before noon. That's where they found a woman with trauma to her upper body. Her death was ruled a homicide.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The child was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Police say they are not looking for anyone in particular and have no suspects at this time.
