WJZ Says Goodbye To Longtime Vice President, General Manager Jay Newman

Baltimore City Mayor Catherine Pugh read a proclamation to congratulate him in person, while Gov. Larry Hogan and City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby also passed along their best wishes.
