BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for some Maryland counties -- including parts of Howard, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Montgomery -- through 11 a.m.

The National Weather Service warns that there could be up to an inch of snow and sleet in those areas.
