Think It Was Cold Thursday? Not Too Cold To Catch Some Waves

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Ocean City saw nearly a foot of snow Thursday, and wind chills saw temperatures drop well below freezing, but that didn't stop some people from catching a few waves.

WJZ reporter Mike Hellgren spotted a couple people boogie boarding, and even saw someone out in the water surfing.
