FENWICK ISLAND, DE (WJZ) — A Marylander spotted a whale off the coast of Fenwick Island over Memorial Day weekend.
The whale was swimming up and down the surface.

"We were on the beach in Fenwick yesterday and saw a Whale! I was fortunate to have my zoom lens on me and got some cool shots. It was amazing. This is more than I saw on my Alaska cruise!" Dawn Pumphrey said in a Facebook post.
