Whale Shark Spotted Off Ocean City Shores

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A massive whale shark is spotted off the coast of Ocean City, as a captain captures it on video.
The video shows a large whale shark swimming past the boat. Whale sharks are extremely rare off the mid-Atlantic coast.
The video posted Thursday had attracted more than 677,000 views on Facebook by early Saturday, according to The Washington Post.
The giant fish can reach lengths of 40 feet or more.
