Sunday's forecast is much sunnier across Maryland
Temperatures tumble overnight. Sunday begins with a mostly clear sky and colder weather. The second-half of the weekend is shaping up to be much nicer than Saturday was.
Drier and brighter Sunday and Monday
Sunday begins with temperatures in the low to mid-30s in many communities around sunrise. There will be areas of frost, especially outside of downtown Baltimore. The day begins with plenty of sunshine. The brighter weather will stick around through the rest of the day. Temperatures peak in the mid to upper 50s Sunday afternoon.
The forecast is looking great for the Ravens home game; sunshine, a breeze and temperatures in the 50s.
Beautiful weather continues on Monday. The day begins with temperatures in the 30s in many areas. Temperatures rebound into the mid and upper 50s Monday afternoon. There will be a lot of sunshine.
Wet weather ahead of Thanksgiving
Alert Days are possible on Tuesday and Wednesday due to wet weather arriving during peak travel days.
The first few showers will develop again on Tuesday. This isn't looking like a big rain-maker for our area. It's the timing that could be a bigger factor. Rain on Tuesday could impact holiday travel ahead of Thanksgiving. Tuesday is shaping-up to be the wetter of the two days. However, less than a half an inch of rain is expected.
Off-and-on rain continues into Tuesday evening and overnight. Scattered showers are possible on Wednesday, as well. Temperatures trend much warmer on Wednesday; peaking well into the 60s.
Colder weather blows in for the end of the month
Temperatures drop nearly 20° between Wednesday and Friday afternoons. It'll turn brisk on Thanksgiving Day, with temperatures peaking in the upper 40s and lower 50s by 3 p.m. Winds will gust up to 30 MPH. Even colder weather arrives on Black Friday. Temperatures will struggle to warm into the 40s Friday and Saturday afternoons.
It'll be chilly and breezy when the Bengals take on the Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium on Thursday.
Temperatures drop into the 20s both nights, even in Baltimore. The forecast remains mostly dry through the holiday weekend.
