Westminster Man Indicted In Fatal Crash

WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) -- A man has been indicted on a charge of vehicular manslaughter in a two-vehicle crash in Westminster that killed a woman.

Twenty-one-year-old Christopher Trinity Hill of Westminster was indicted Thursday in the Aug. 31 crash. He was released on $15,000 bail.

The Carroll County Times, citing court documents, says Hill's vehicle hit a car driven by 68-year-old Mary Ann Christopher of the U.S. Virgin Islands, killing her.

At the time of the crash, Hill was charged with numerous traffic offenses, including texting while driving.
