WEATHER BLOG: Warm & Muggy

The dewpoints are up Wednesday...all I have to do is look at my hair to tell!

It's rather warm and muggy outside on this first Wednesday of summer. Showers are starting to pop-up on radar, but most of the action won't get here until  evening. Scattered showers and thunderstorms that develop Wednesday will be capable of producing gusty winds and very heavy downpours that could lead to localized flash flooding. Other than a lingering shower early Thursday (mainly east), we will dry out a bit. Dewpoints will decrease (not in a major way, but at least a few degrees) as sunshine increases throughout the day.

Friday is forecasted to be dry, while some showers could pop up over the weekend.
