WEATHER BLOG: Tracking Hurricane Matthew

For the Maryland region, we are looking at more possible morning fog and low clouds, the next few days, that will give way to afternoon sunshine, and pleasant temperatures.

The big story is of course, in the Caribbean, where Cat-4 storm Matthew is aiming at western Haiti with those winds of 140 mph, rainfalls over 20 inches, huge surf and tidal flooding, and mudslides. No doubt, this will play out to be extremely devastating for Haiti and also the Bahamas later tomorrow and Wednesday. After that, the models have show a more western shift indicating the the Eastern coast of the United States may also feel the effects by later in the week.

There is no consensus on the exact track at this time, and we will know more in the following few days. Please keep tuned for all of our hurricane updates!
