WEATHER BLOG: Taste Of Fall

Even though fall does not officially start for over a week, we have recently seen our first taste of the season. This morning felt like a refreshing, crisp autumn morning and I haven't heard too many people complaining. High pressure brought us mostly clear skies last night and plentiful sunshine this Sunday, allowing all Star-Spangled Spectacular festivies to be enjoyable for everyone. Another cool night is on tap for tonight with lows bottoming out around 50 degrees and parlty cloud skies. High pressure will drift eastward off the mid-Atlantic coast tonight and tomorrow. A cold front will then move through the area late Monday night and early Tuesday morning, bringing our next chance of rain.
