WEATHER BLOG: Some Rain Could Be Coming for Monday

High pressure of the Great Lakes is responsible for our seasonable and sunny weather this afternoon. It will keep skies clear tonight, leading to another chilly night in spots.

Areas north and west of Baltimore will likely drop into the upper 40s by Monday morning. A cold front will be tracking towards our area on Monday. This will lead to increasing clouds, but we stay dry during the day.

The best chance for rain will be Monday night into early Tuesday morning. Most areas should see 0.25-0.50 inches of rain. Sunshine returns for Tuesday, but an upper level area of low pressure will likely bring some cloudy and unsettled weather for the remainder of the week.
