WEATHER BLOG: So Cold

Good evening and a cold one it is. Clear skies and a little snow cover will help get temperatures back into the upper teens overnight in most areas. Sunshine is on tap for tomorrow and we may just get to the freezing mark. On Thursday a weak system will pass by to our north, but may still generate a little bit of wet snow and even some rain showers later in the day. On Friday some slightly milder air arrives ahead of an arctic front which will make the start of the weekend very cold, with highs below freezing on Saturday. On Sunday, another system promises to perhaps drop some more wintery precipitation on the region..more on that later! Be careful of icy spots overnight, where snow melted today.
