WEATHER BLOG: Snowfall In The Cards

Accumulating snowfall is in the cards for Baltimore once again, and this time looks more promising! A clipper system will move into the region Sunday night and Monday and then redevelop off the coast. Snowfall totals (for now) will range anywhere from 3-6 inches in central Maryland, but the potential for higher amounts is certainly possible. Winter storm watches have already been issued for areas north and west of Baltimore, and I feel confident that more weather alerts will be issued over the next 12 hours for the rest of the region.
