WEATHER BLOG: Slow Improvements

The weather has been pretty crummy the past several days, but it is expected to slowly improve. We did not get as much rain as some other regions, and fortunately, the heaviest rainfall is over. We remain pretty much in the same pattern for the balance of the weekend with damp onshore flow persisting. Heading into Monday and Tuesday, the low to the south will head out to sea as the high to the north weakens a bit and moves some to the south. This will allow the flow to become more north and then northwest, bringing in drier air and resulting in a trend to brighter and milder weather.
