WEATHER BLOG: Severe Weather

Severe weather all across the region today, as a very warm air mass moved in with an attended cold front that created instability that fueled severe t-storms in many areas. As much as 2 to 3 inches of rain fell in a few locations and prompted flood warnings as well. Much calmer conditions are in store along with much cooler air that will drop temperatures below normal for the end of the week. Please be careful driving around where any street flooding is located... remember: "turn around, don't drown"
