WEATHER BLOG: Rainy Sunday Ahead

Today will end up being the better day of the weekend as rain moves in tonight and Sunday. Most of the rain will hold off until 10-11pm tonight as this next storm system pushes east. The dry air could fight the rain off for an hour or two, but it still looks like it will be dreary and damp most of the day on Sunday. Rain will taper to some lingering light showers or drizzle by the afternoon. A warm front will push very close to the area tomorrow afternoon, but it will likely stay south. 63 is the forecast high temp for BWI, but areas south can easily hit 70 degrees is the warm front pushes far enough north. There will be several more chances for showers and rain in the upcoming week.
