WEATHER BLOG: Rain Ahead

A strong low pressure system now over southern Missouri will track into Michigan tomorrow morning, then over toward Toranto, Ontario by tomorrow evening. A triple-point low will form near the Mason-Dixon Line early tomorrow, then head over to central or northern NJ coast by the afternoon. Copious amounts of moisture will be heading northeastward with the system. A period of dry, quiet weather will follow the storm, then another minor rain event will arrive later Wednesday and Wednesday night. A seasonably cold air mass will return as we close out 2015 and head into the main year.
