WEATHER BLOG: Partly Sunny, Mid 50's To Start The Week

Heading into tonight, we will cover for patchy fog in the area as a high pressure system gradually moves away. Tonight will be chilly with lows in the upper 20s for the suburbs and around 31 at BWI. Expect partly sunny conditions tomorrow with highs in the mid 50s. A swirling patch of clouds moving through the Midwest represents an upper-level low that is heading east and will arrive in the mid-Atlantic tomorrow. This storm will move through generally rain-free across the region before gathering a more moisture-laden storm off of the coast Monday night into Tuesday. At this point, we will suggest a mention for a brief shower Monday night. A high pressure ridge will settle into the area Tuesday and then slowly move away on Wednesday.
