WEATHER BLOG: Mild Friday

Another mild afternoon in the region as temperatures reached into the mid 50s and our normals are now 46. A mild Friday, but as a front approaches from the west, look for showers and a gusty wind around the noon hour in Central Maryland and later on across eastern areas. It will clear out very quickly by Friday afternoon.

For the weekend, sunshine and some clouds for Saturday, but another mild afternoon on tap. By Sunday, partly sunny skies and a slow cooldown begins. By next week, we will again see temperatures below normal and there are even a few chances for some light precipitation, even a bit of snow or rain around by later Tuesday. It does appear the first 10 days of March will be below normal as this winter of our discontent continues!
