WEATHER BLOG: Gorgeous Weekend

TGIF!!!
Hi Everyone,

It's the weekend. Skies will clear out this afternoon, after some AM rain, and here comes a good weekend. Life is really no more complicated than that, (at least weather wise), this day.

This week we have had some interesting blog discussions about temp extremes for the day's this Easter week, We also talked, weather-wise, what could have been and what will be.

Spring is busting out everywhere and you don't realize how much you have missed the colors of flowers, and flowering trees, (and bushes), until you see them return after a couple of seasons off. Speaking of flowering bushes the Deer in my neighborhood have just killed our Azalea's. I mean eaten the buds, and left the bush, itself, looking quite scrawny. I swear I am about to put a sign up that say's "hunter's welcome." (OK relax you know I am not going to do that but the point is taken. Darn um…) Interesting, though, is the family of deer eating up my yard. There are 2 baby deer with them. And they are MUCH bigger than I have seen "young one's" in recent years. Call it the effect of a mild Winter. There was plenty of food for them to find, and life threatening weather conditions just didn't, except for the blizzard, ( which I am sure they hunkered down safely for), were kept at bay. It was a good Winter for man and beast alike.
