WEATHER BLOG: Even Cooler Weather Coming

A noticeably cooler night is ahead in the wake of a cold front that swept through the region last night. High pressure will settle into northern New England tonight and tomorrow. The high pressure system will bring dry weather to much of the Northeast, however, it will send an onshore flow into the mid-Atlantic, ushering in clouds and showers on Monday. This will bring a cloudy, damp day to the area with highs significantly cooler and in the upper 60s. Onshore flow should relax into Tuesday, but clouds will likely stick around thanks to an upper-level low.
