WEATHER BLOG: Dry, Chilly, Breeezy

A dry, chilly and breezy forecast is in store for the balance of the evening into tonight as an upper-level area of low pressure continues to slowly make its way into northern New England tonight through tomorrow.

After a chilly day today, it quickly turns milder by tomorrow afternoon as 850mb temps begin to warm late tonight and warm advection continues tomorrow. A weak upper disturbance travels through the area tomorrow night around the base of a deep upper-low to our north and this will bring some clouds to the area Sunday night.

Any showers associated with it should stay to our north so we are keeping the forecast dry. An associated surface front with this feature will come through on Monday and that will set the stage for a return to cooler temps. Starting on Tuesday, we will be 5-10 degrees below normal for this time of year.
