WEATHER BLOG: Cooler Weather Ahead

An upper low currently centered over Ontario will slowly creed eastward into northern New England and Atlantic Canada in the coming days which will keep us in a cool pattern through the weekend and even into early next week. In the short term, a cold front is in the porcess of moving through the area with gusty. Behind this front, drier and cooler air will work its way into the picture. The pressure gradient between high pressure building into the Tennessee Valley and low pressure over the St. Lawrence Valley will promote a brisk and chilly day tomorrow. Temps are expected to only make it into the 50s by the afternoon.
