WEATHER BLOG: Cooler Temps Ahead

Shower activity associated with a cold front will continue pushing east as things begin to clear out behind it. A surface area of high pressure will build in on Sunday, but it will be much cooler with highs only in the upper 50s to right around 60 degrees depending on where you live. There will be some remnant low level moisture behind the departing front which will introduce some clouds at times, but intervals of sunshine will mix in as well. Tomorrow night, overnight lows may reach down into the upper 30s in some of the traditionally colder areas. Mostly sunny skies are on tap for Monday, however showers return to the forecast by Tuesday.
