WEATHER BLOG: Cold Through At Least Weekend; Snow Likely This Weekend

The coldest air of the season so far is upon us and a gusty wind is making it feel even colder outside. Expect wind chills in the single digits and teens through about Wednesday afternoon. We stay quiet with sunshine through tomorrow, but the sunshine unfortunately won't make it feel any warmer. By Wednesday, clouds will be on the increase and the potential is there for a few snow showers as we head into the nightime hours. It likely won't amount to much, perhaps a dusting to 1/2" of snow. The big ticket item of this entire forecast period will be the potential for a significant snowstorm late this week and early in the weekend. We will have plenty of time to address that in the days ahead.
