WEATHER BLOG: Cold Front Overnight

A cold front will move through overnight, but won't be bringing us really anything in the way of precipitation--mainly just extra cloud cover. High pressure will return on Sunday and into the beginning of next week. Temps will be moderate during the early week into the 60s. Another cold front will travel our way Wednesday and Wednesday night. The region should, once again, remain dry due to the lack of moisture. This front, however, will be the culprit in bringing us very chilly, arctic air that will remain in place for a while. There is potential for a storm system to move off the coast of the mid-Atlantic on Thursday and bring a few rain or snow showers to the area. There is a lot of disagreement in the models for now so we will be monitoring things closely over the next few days.
