WEATHER BLOG: Clearing Skies, Low Humidity

It's going to be beautiful before not too long. Even as I write this the winds have shifted out of the northwest. That will be a big dome of high pressure filtering into the mid-Atlantic.

Skies will begin to clear, humidity will peel away, and temps will be mild this afternoon.

The actual wording of the forecast, Friday, has the word "beautiful" in it!

The tropics are quiet again.
