WEATHER BLOG: Calm Evening

Good evening, after a rough and icy start, the day turned much nicer as temperatures warmed ,and the sun helped to dry out the salty roadways.  Tomorrow looks very much like a similar day, with a good deal of sun and near normal temps. On Thursday we have the watch out for some possible snow and or rain showers as a strong arctic front will cross the region, and temperatures begin to fall after sunset down to the low teens again.  Friday we will stay below freezing all day, despite some sunshine. On Saturday ,another front will bring the coldest air of the winter to us by Sunday. We may also see some snow shower activity,  as that front passes as well. So a very cold weekend and end of week is coming our way, but no major wintery precip. is expected at this point. Stay warm Maryland! Bob Turk
